Keep on the Sunny Side: The Carter Family in Song

Paul Living History Farm continue with “Keep on the Sunny Side” from1 PM to 2 PM on July 17th. Regarded as one of the most influential groups in country music, the Carter Family recorded hundreds of folk songs from the South beginning in the 1920s. Museum staff and volunteers will perform music from the original Carter Family in their traditional style. This program is free, however, space is limited and reservations are required. The L.W. Paul Living History Farm teaches the agricultural history of Horry County from 1900-1955. The farm is free and open to the public Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM-4 PM. It is located at the corner of Hwy 701 North and Harris Short Cut Road in Conway, SC.
